1200 degree flat black is a favorite for repainting most wood stoves and
coal stoves. It costs less than most others and resists peeling and
blistering when subjected to temperatures up to 1200 degrees F..
Non-graying and color-fast. Used regularly in our shop when a flat finish
is desired. Excellent coverage!
Stove polish protects and renews the beauty of any cast-iron surface. It's
a complex paste wax with very black pigments which can be buffed to a deep
lustrous glow. Best as a protector for products stored out of
season. For a more durable finish, high temperature paints will last
longer than polishes! We carry Rutland and Williams
brands of stove polishes.
